Vocalia's terms of use and our data processing policy. Given the nature of the service, data sovereignty is central to how we operate.
By using Vocalia's services, the customer accepts these conditions. Vocalia provides AI voice synthesis infrastructure through its products Parlemos and Falemos, via API and integrated solutions.
The customer agrees not to use the service to generate fraudulent content, impersonate identities without consent, or infringe third-party rights. Voice cloning requires the explicit consent of the voice owner.
Vocalia operates its infrastructure with redundancy and availability targets described on the status page. Specific service-level agreements (SLAs) are agreed by contract for enterprise clients.
Self-serve plans are billed according to usage and the contracted plan. Turnkey and on-premise solutions are governed by specific commercial agreements.

Data sovereignty is a founding principle of Vocalia. Audio and text processed through our platform are handled within the customer's country, without crossing international borders.
We process the text the customer submits for synthesis and the resulting audio. We do not use customer content to train models without explicit authorization.
Processing occurs on infrastructure located in the country corresponding to each market, aligned with local regulations — data protection laws in each jurisdiction of operation.
We apply encryption in transit and at rest, credential-based access control and isolation between customers. Access to data is restricted and audited.

If your organization has specific data protection or sovereignty requirements, let's talk. That's exactly what we built Vocalia for.
